The Tipton hotel is set to open in 2026. This will be the 20th anniversary of the Suite Life of Zach and Cody television debut. However, that isn’t stopping Disney from trying a semi-immersive hotel experience.
Disney will build this new hotel near Magic Kingdom. In fact, it will be located along the monorail route between the Contemporary and Polynesian. Not only will many of the rooms have an amazing view of the Magic Kingdom, but they will also be able to easily take the monorail to and from the park as an added convenience.
The Tipton-themed hotel is an exciting new addition to Disney World, offering fans of the show a chance to step inside the iconic hotel from their favorite series.
