President Trump is renting out Disney World for a day. He is reserving all four of the theme parks for a private party.
All members of Congress, the Senate, and his White House staff will be able to visit the Disney World parks for free. They will have full access to any ride they want, with a very short wait time. Also, all food and drinks will be free for these visitors.
The idea behind this is to create a team bonding experience for the top US Government employees. President Trump wants to improve the morale of senators, governors, and his staff, and he believes a day at Disney World can do that.
Now, before people freak out in the comments, which many already have, he will not be using government money to rent out Disney World. Instead, he will be funding it with his own money rather than spending tax dollars on it.
Of course, many people are still upset that Trump is renting out Disney World. First off, they are complaining that he should have better things to do with his time than visit Disney World. Second, they are mad that they are blocking out the park from anyone else visiting on this date.
People who had vacations planned will be interrupted by President Trump, and they don’t like that. There is no set date for this yet, but when it is announced, Disney recommends that people factor that into their vacation plans.
