Disney will stop celebrating Christmas after this year. 2025 will be the last year that Disney World puts up Christmas decorations and celebrates Christmas.
In December 2026, they will instead have Mickey’s Very Merry Winter Party. This festival will celebrate all winter holidays like Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Christmas. Disney will put up festive decorations, but they will be less focused on Christmas and more focused on all of the holidays.
In fact, they will no longer put up Christmas trees in each park. Instead, they will put up giant Menorahs and whatever Kwanzaa celebrates. They will no longer play Christmas music in the parks either.
As expected, they will still have special parties as it is an easy way to make money, but as the name implies, it won’t just celebrate Christmas; it will celebrate all of the holidays. They are doing this because they want to be more welcoming and inclusive to all cultures and religions, even if the United States is still a Christian Nation.
As you might expect, many people are upset about this. They are worried that Disney will even put up a satanic display to cater to satanists as well.
However, others support Disney’s push for inclusivity of all cultures and would greatly welcome a satanic display to make sure all people feel welcome.
