Disney World is handing out bathroom bags for their lines. Guests can use these as a way to discretely go to the bathroom while they are waiting in long lines.
Disney has just filed a patent on these new, innovative portable restrooms. These bathroom bags look like a garbage bag but have a built-in toilet bag inside them. To use these new bags, guests slip their legs into them like pants and pull them up.
Then, there is another bag on the inside where you can go to the bathroom. This design allows you to use the restroom while not exposing yourself to people. The beauty of these bags is they are easily disposable in any of the trash cans in the lines.
On top of that, they contain an odor-reducing chemical so they don’t smell after anyone uses them to go to the bathroom. These bags are free for any guests who think they won’t be able to make it through the line without going to the bathroom.
This is much better than Disney requiring all guests to wear diapers, which we reported on here. The reason they are doing this is to prevent people from going to the bathroom in their lines, which continues to be an epidemic. Disney is rolling this out over the next few weeks as a test run to see if people use these bathroom bags and their efficacy.
