Disney World is building the tallest roller coaster ever. In fact, it will be so tall that riders will need oxygen masks to ride it.

The roller coaster will take guests up 1,000 feet in the air, which is more than double the height of the current tallest roller coaster in the world. When guests board the roller coaster, part of the safety check will be seatbelts and the other part will be an oxygen mask.
This is because of how thin the air gets because of the altitude. On top of that, it will be one of the fastest roller coasters in the world. This is because of how large the drop is. Guests will plummet down 1,000 feet, increasing speed as they go.

It will essentially be double the thrill of Kingda Ka. This new ride will themed to Hercules and will be named Zero to Hero. It will take you on a condensed version of Hercules, where you start in the underworld and eventually make your way up to Mount Olympus, with the massive drop at the end to bring you back down to earth.
However, a ride this complex is expected to take some time to build. It took Disney Five years to build Tron Lightcycle and it will likely take them close to ten years to build this new ride. Despite that, there is a lot of excitement for this brand-new, thrilling Hercules roller coaster.
