Disney is all about unique hotel experiences. Not only do they offer world-class resorts, but they also offer world-class experiences. For example, spending a night in the Living with the Land house, which we reported on here. Also, camping under the stars inside Space Mountain. Now, Disney has a new hotel experience, spending a night in the famous Tower of Terror.

The Tower of Terror is a Disney Parks icon. Not only is it one of the tallest rides, but it’s also one of the most thrilling. We saw it get even more thrilling with the announcement that Disney is removing the seatbelts on that ride. We’re also excited about the Tower of Terror-style elevators coming to other Disney hotels, which we reported on here. Of course, what has us most excited is spending a night in the Tower of Terror hotel.

The Tower of Terror Hotel Experience

Ever since the Tower of Terror opened, people were begging to spend a night there. This is due to the amazing ambiance, theming, and friendly staff. Also, who wouldn’t want to spend a night in one of the most iconic buildings at a Disney World park? While the idea of spending a night in the Tower of Terror used to be a dream, now it’s a reality.

The new Tower of Terror experience has so much to offer at such a great price. When the park closes for the night, Tower of Terror bellhops will take you and your bags up to your room. The rooms will be themed to the ride and the atmosphere of the ride, especially the 1930s when the preshow takes place. They will also have a guest book that you can sign and permanently have your name inside the Tower of Terror.

Also, Disney is finally opening the much anticipated Tip Top Club. In the queue, you can see a sign for this club. For years people have wanted to go there, but it’s never been an option. The Tip Top Club will be a place where the guests staying in the hotel can wind down and look out over the empty Hollywood Studios park. The other benefit to the Tip Top Club is free food and drinks for all guests staying in the hotel, much like the Club Levels at other Disney hotels.

Cost to Spend a Night in The Tower of Terror

As you might imagine, sleeping inside the Tower of Terror is expensive. It costs $1,939 per room per night. Of course, this cost includes the free food and drinks at the Tip Top Club mentioned above. Also, the guests staying in the hotel get to ride the Tower of Terror after park hours for up to an hour. Another reason the cost is so high is due to the high demand and low supply of rooms in the Hollywood Tower Hotel.

Given that this is such a unique experience and the lack of space, Disney only has four rooms that can be booked in the Tower of Terror. This means people are going to be dying to grab a room and pay a high price to do so. This definitely reminds some people of the Galactic Starcruiser, however, we anticipate that this will be far more successful.

We expect the Tower of Terror hotel bookings to fill up fast when they go live. This is one of the most anticipated hotel experiences ever at Disney World. In fact, we expect people who are able to successfully book a room to turn around and sell their reservations on eBay to make more money. Some people even mentioned selling one of their kids to spend a night inside the Tower of Terror hotel.
