Disney World is home to some world-class roller coasters. One example is Space Mountain, which you can soon sleep in as we reported here. Also, Disney has plans to build a new roller coaster that actually jumps the track. This is a very exciting proposal. However, the next roller coaster to be built at Disney World is a euthanasia roller coaster, designed to kill you.
Many people wish that they could die at Disney World or have their ashes spread there. In fact, recently a family brought their taxidermied grandpa to Disney World to live out his final wish, which we reported on here. Things truly get weird when it comes to Disney and death. However, it will soon be a lot easier to die at Disney World with the new euthanasia roller coaster coming soon.
What is a Euthanasia Roller Coaster?
A euthanasia roller coaster is exactly as it sounds. It’s a roller coaster meant to euthanize someone. That’s right, it’s actually a roller coaster that is made to kill the riders. It’s ironic because Disney builds rides with safety as a top priority. They are held to the highest standards in ride safety, yet they will be building a roller coaster that is designed to kill people. This will be by far the scariest roller coaster ride ever.
The euthanasia roller coaster is meant to “peacefully” kill people, in a fun and exciting way. Julijonas Urbonas was the originator of this roller coaster concept. Essentially, it’s a 510-foot tall roller coaster. The drop speed is 223 miles per hour. The roller coaster then goes through multiple loops that get smaller as you go. The speed and design of the coaster cause riders to lose consciousness. Eventually, they pass away from the lack of oxygen going to their brains.
This is an extremely controversial idea for a roller coaster. There are a lot of questions on the moral ethics of a ride like this and even the legality. However, that isn’t stopping Disney from adding this as an attraction to Disney World. This begs the question, why does Disney want to build a ride that kills their guests?
Confirmed: Disney Roller Coaster Made to Kill You
An internal source has confirmed that Disney will build a euthanasia roller coaster, made to kill the riders. The ride will not be near any of their theme parks, but rather near the former Disney World Speedway. That is the site of the new Mickey Mouse Worship Center and the cemetery where guests can be buried. It makes sense the euthanasia roller coaster would be near the “Disney church” and “Disney cemetery”.
This deadly roller coaster will appropriately be named Remember Me and themed to Coco. As guests ride the euthanasia roller coaster, they will be treated to the song “Remember Me” from the movie. Also, their family members will get to enjoy the song too as they watch you take your final ride. People have been begging for a Coco ride since the movie came out and this is such a great fit for it.
According to our source familiar with this project, Disney wants to give their guests a way to die peacefully at Disney World. In fact, this is a request from a lot of Disney guests. The intention is only to allow people who are terminally ill to ride the euthanasia roller coaster. Disney will only allow people with a doctor’s note to ride it. Many people are excited for this new roller coaster, however, others question its ethics. Despite that, Disney appears to be moving forward with this new roller coaster made to kill you.

You guys are sick f****. 😳
An intriguing ride. I have questions though. If I don’t have a doctor’s letter, can I still sneak aboard? This would be a wonderful way to end a vacation that I got $15K in debt for that I can never hope to repay. Also, how long are the queues? (time wise). And how long on the ride before I lose consciousness? A suggestion: Instead of “Wait time 30 minutes”, how about “Death time 30 minutes”? WDW, here I come!
