Disney World adds hospice care to their parks. If you’re on the verge of dying and want to do it peacefully and magically at Disney World, now you can.

For only $100 per hour, you will get a bed with a view of Cinderella Castle in the new Mickey Mouse Hospice House. On top of that, during the day, the nurses will take you to ride your favorite rides until you die.

In fact, if you’re lucky, you may die on a Disney ride. The rate is hourly because you are in hospice, so the clock is ticking. As soon as you pass away, Disney will open up your bed and make space for a new patient.
It’s worth noting that $2,400 a day to sleep inside the Magic Kingdom and get wheeled from ride to ride isn’t a bad deal. In fact, some healthy people are even looking at getting a bed just for the experience. However, Disney may require a doctor’s note in order to avoid this.
Overall, people are very excited about the Disney World Hospice care in the Mickey Mouse Hospice House. They are happy that Disney is finally offering an opportunity for people to peacefully die at their parks.
However, other people are against this. They think that the Magic Kingdom Love Nests, which we reported on here, were bad, but they think this is worse. Many people don’t want to see hospice patients being wheeled around Disney World, especially with so many kids there.
However, this is an extremely lucrative business move for Disney, so of course they are going to do it. It’s better than the euthanasia roller coaster, which we reported on here.
