Disney World bans all tattoos inside their theme parks. This decision is an effort to make the theme parks more family-friendly.
In fact, Disney may permanently ban anyone who is caught displaying a tattoo in their parks. Those who have permanent tattoos have a few options. The first and easiest option is to no longer go to Disney World. In fact, many people are saying that if Disney doesn’t respect their choices, then they don’t want to give them any more of their money.
The second option is getting your tattoos removed permanently. However, many people find this to be an expensive and painful option.
The third option is to cover your tattoos. This is by far the easiest option, but also the riskiest. If any of your tattoos are showing, Disney may send security guards to pick you up and escort you out of the park, even if just an inch of the tattoo is revealed.
Of course, there are a few exceptions to this rule. Once Maui’s tattoo shop opens inside the Magic Kingdom, which we reported on here, Disney will allow those tattoos to be shown in their park. This is because they are official Disney tattoos.
Many people are speculating that Disney World is banning tattoos in their parks as a way to drive more business to their new tattoo shop. What do you think of this decision by Disney? Let us know in the comments below!

This discriminating against people with tattoos and everyone who pay for Disney tickets
Everyone has freedom of rights and people going to sue
This is absolutely wrong! I’m not going to look like a damn Eskimo just so I can go to Disney. I have tattoos on my legs and on my arms. If this is 100% true, I guess i might have to sacrifice going anymore which sucks cause I’ve been going since I was 1.
Mouse Trap News is the world’s best satire and parody site. We write fake stories about Disney Parks stuff. From Disney Park announcements to Disney Hotel and resort news to made-up Disney partnerships, you can be assured that anything you read here is not true, real, or accurate, but it is fun.
Lies it was an April fool joke in 2016
Good luck with that, But pedophilia is cool with them.
I will NEVER be going back to Disney again. How dare they discriminate.
It’s mainly for the staff but yea it’s shite I have 3 on my arm I’m getting a 4th one in November but this pisses me off the most
Wow. You have 3 tattoos. You should be in a carnival. I hope you stop counting them.
You mom has her tattoo across her mouth
The pair that you live in.
They won’t let you into the magic kingdom.
My kids will never be able to go and my dream of going will never happen because I have tattoos? I think this is the dumbest decision Disney could do. SO MANY people have tattoos now. If this is the case, I will be dropping my subscription and stocks and so will my family as they don’t support this decision either. Good luck out there Disney!
I think it is a horrible idea honestly. Some people can’t cover their tattoos and to say they can’t go is unfair. If they have kids they can’t go either because the parent isn’t allowed in the park. They would lose my money I have tattoos.
This is crazy I guess they will loose a lot of customers
No entrance possible entrance for people with tattoos but persons that are LGBTQ are allowed.l am really confused in decisions made
You know something is wrong with you.
Love is love rather you like it or not.
You should be banned from your judgemental self.
Satire. Fake. Update your title because it’s #1 on Google search right now and totally dishonest.
Wow. This is a really stupid website.
The amount of people here who believe this is true is mind boggling
We are a family of 10. When we travel, we all go together. This is how much money we won’t be spending at Disney!!! Their rules suck!
Hey Disney! I don’t know who you think you are, but you’d better check!
Mind your own business, Jaime … hymé! en CUBA… when do they do Spanglish holidays at carni Cruise lines…. LoL
All there doing is destroy everything Walt made. There personal feelings shouldn’t allow them to discriminate because people look or act differently to suit there perception of a perfect family member. I’ve been to Disney many times and spent thousands of dollars but if this is what the want I’m sure I won’t be the only one to say I have spent my last dollar there. DISCRIMINATION IS ILLEGALL SO OF THEY WANT TO PUSHIT ,LOOK FORWARD TO ALOT OF LAWSUITS AND LOST INCOME.
There are some Wildly Stupid people in this world. You are one of them.
You people are pathetic.
Is this your only concern in this messed up time we live in?
Walt Disney I am sure is rolling in his grave, They now have profanity in their movies, and now discrimination. I don’t really care what the rat wants. They are over priced money hungry people I will not waste my time or money with Disney
Sad that the only reason people are banning tattoos is religious beliefs.
I looove it. The tattoo fad is beyond insane the past 20 yrs. Its TRASHY. also has been. Always will be. The 1st good thing disney has done in YEARS
They are just trying to make more money than they have now for tattoos shame on you
According to a 2023 Pew Research Center survey, 32% of US adults have a tattoo, with 22% of those having more than one. They’ll go out of business. Pocahontas was the first Disney Princess to have a visible tattoo! Open tattoo shops Disney!
If true (I do realize it’s sarcasm), it sure would help deal with the over-crowded park problem. Let the perpetually offended go somewhere else. Note that I’m still striving to be the final un-tattoo’d man on earth. Judging from the comments above, it looks like it’s going to be easier than I thought. It’s like a disease, this compulsion to uglify oneself.
Honestly this disappoints me! I know so many people with tattoos and instead of trying to bring people together this will have the opposite effect! I have been a Disney fan since birth and I’m a senior now and I have had so many wonderful experiences at Disney themed parks! First Disney closed all stores in Canada and now they are closing the door on people who have tattoos! I guess my last Disney vacation was really my last Disney vacation! ! So sad the world really doesn’t need that right now!😞😞😞
